Who this policy covers
AIsite.now is a website service from Oplix (PVT) LTD. This policy covers our marketing website, business application service and customer account portal at app.aisite.now. A customer’s own website and independent third-party services may require separate privacy notices.
For privacy questions, email info@aisite.now. Please identify the page or service involved so the team can direct your request appropriately.
Browsing this website
You can read the marketing pages and articles without creating an account. This marketing application does not include a registration form, payment form or advertising tracker. Its navigation and demonstration previews do not save a personal profile in your browser.
Delivering a website involves technical connection information, such as an IP address, requested URL and browser details. Hosting and network services may process this information to deliver pages, protect their systems and diagnose problems. The arrangements for a separate service may differ; do not assume that this marketing site’s behaviour applies to it.
When you contact us
An email enquiry contains the address you send from, your message and any attachments you choose to provide. That information is used to understand and respond to your enquiry and any requested follow-up. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information in an initial message.
The email link opens your own email application. Other contact links may take you to Oplix’s website, where you should read the privacy information provided for that service before submitting information.
Applications and portal accounts
You can submit a business application before creating an account. We store the applicant’s name, email address, optional phone number, business name and location, business description, website or social links, requested pages, domain preference, goals, content readiness, timing and any notes you choose to provide. We also record your language, application status, submission time, the Terms and Privacy versions you accepted, and your separate optional marketing preference.
We use this information to assess and respond to your application, provide its status, prepare an agreed website project and protect the service. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Please do not include passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information in application fields.
Clerk provides account creation, sign-in and email verification. We associate an application with your account only through a verified identity and the secure claim process. Our application database stores the account identifier used to enforce access; it does not store your account password. If you choose Google sign-in, Google and Clerk also process the sign-in under their respective privacy terms.
We send application, claim/resume and account confirmation messages through Resend. These service messages are separate from optional marketing updates. We store delivery-job information and provider references to retry failures and investigate delivery problems. Claim links expire and are single-use; do not forward them to others. To change a marketing preference, contact info@aisite.now.
Service providers and security records
Vercel hosts the marketing website and portal. Our API and PostgreSQL database run on our hosting infrastructure. Clerk handles authentication, Resend delivers service emails, and Backblaze B2 stores encrypted database backups in its Canadian region. Providers process information needed for their functions, including technical connection and security information. Their processing locations may differ from your location; the Canadian backup region does not mean all service data remains in Canada.
We use access controls, encrypted connections, restricted database credentials, hashed claim tokens and encrypted offsite backups. Application security records include internal identifiers, request references, status and timing. Rate limiting uses keyed hashes of email/IP identifiers rather than storing those identifiers as plain-text rate-limit keys. Infrastructure providers may separately retain connection logs. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Website project information
If you discuss or begin a website project, Oplix may receive your contact details, business information, domain details, project instructions and the text, images or other material you choose to provide. This information is used to assess eligibility, agree the project scope, create and operate the requested website, communicate with you, protect the service and meet legal obligations.
Do not provide personal information you do not need on the website. If you supply information about another person, you are responsible for having the authority and any permission needed to use it. A customer website that collects enquiries or other personal information may need its own privacy notice and handling process; this marketing-site policy does not automatically cover that customer website.
Cookies and measurement
The marketing application uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate page and visitor reporting and Vercel Speed Insights for real-user performance measurements. Vercel describes its Web Analytics product as cookie-free and anonymized. The measurements can include page or route, referrer, approximate location, browser, device and performance information. We do not send custom events, names, email addresses, phone numbers, message contents, account identifiers or form contents through these integrations.
Avoid placing personal information in page URLs or query parameters. Vercel’s own hosting and privacy information applies to its service. We will review this notice and any required visitor choices if the audience, measurement scope or applicable requirements change.
The marketing application does not set advertising cookies. It loads its fonts and demonstration images from the website itself rather than embedding social-media feeds. Clicking a LinkedIn link takes you to LinkedIn; that service has its own data practices.
The portal uses authentication cookies required by Clerk to maintain secure sign-in sessions. These differ from the marketing site’s aggregate analytics. See Clerk’s cookie documentation and Resend’s privacy information for details about those providers. Blocking authentication cookies may prevent portal sign-in.
Retention and deletion
Our application-data retention schedule removes unclaimed submitted or waitlisted applications, and rejected applications, after 90 days without an update. Associated consent records, claim hashes, retry records and email jobs are removed with the application. Claimed active applications remain while we provide the service or otherwise need them for the purposes described here. Pseudonymous application audit records are retained for 365 days. A documented legal or security need may require an exception.
Encrypted database backup snapshots are retained for 30 days. Storage-provider cleanup can add approximately one day after a backup object is deleted. A deletion from the live application does not immediately remove older encrypted backup copies. Clerk account records and provider email records are managed separately; an application deletion is not automatically an account deletion. Contact us to request removal across these services, subject to applicable exceptions.
When a hosted website is terminated, it may be removed from public access and its hosted files and operational copies may be deleted. Deletion from backups and service-provider systems may take additional time under their normal backup, security and retention cycles. Some records may be kept when reasonably required for legal obligations, dispute handling, fraud prevention or security. Oplix should securely delete or anonymize information when it is no longer required.
Your questions and requests
Contact info@aisite.now to ask about information you have shared, request a correction or deletion, or object to a use of your information. The rights available and any exceptions depend on the law that applies to your situation. The team may need enough information to verify a request without disclosing someone else’s data.
You can also raise a concern with the data-protection authority responsible for your location where applicable. Contacting Oplix does not replace that option.
