About AIsite.now
AIsite.now is a done-for-you website service from Oplix (PVT) LTD. These terms cover our marketing website, business application service and customer account portal, and explain the scope of the offer presented here. A website project requires separate confirmation of eligibility, scope and the terms that apply to that project.

Applications and accounts
You may apply before creating an account. Provide accurate information and apply only for a business you are authorized to represent. Submission, an application reference, a portal account or an “Under Review” status does not constitute acceptance or a commitment to build a website.
Use your own verified email address to connect an application to your account. Keep sign-in credentials and claim links private, and tell info@aisite.now if you suspect unauthorized access. You must not access another applicant’s records, misuse recovery links or bypass security controls. We may restrict access to protect the service and investigate misuse. Application and account information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
The selected-business offer
The launch offer is limited to 25 selected businesses. Browsing the site, following an application link or making an enquiry does not confirm acceptance or reserve a place. The team reviews whether a business and its requirements fit the offer.
For an accepted showcase website within the agreed scope, the advertised offer includes the website design and build plus managed hosting at no recurring cost. Acceptance is subject to the business, content and requested website fitting the offer.
Custom-domain registration and renewal are not included. You may bring a domain you already own or ask AIsite.now to help you purchase and connect one, but the domain must be registered for your business and its registration and renewal fees remain your responsibility. Optional third-party services, e-commerce, complex functionality and work outside the agreed scope are not included unless separately agreed.
Free managed hosting
“Lifetime hosting” means AIsite.now does not charge a recurring hosting fee while the accepted website remains active, eligible and hosted through this managed offer. It refers to the active life of that website within the program. It is not an irrevocable promise to host every website forever, and it does not include a custom domain, ongoing content changes, unlimited support or services outside the agreed scope.
The offer is intended for ordinary small-business showcase websites. AIsite.now may discuss a different arrangement before accepting requirements that create unusual traffic, storage, security, licensing, compliance or third-party costs.
Content, timing and review
You are responsible for providing accurate business information and content you have permission to use. Tell the team about required notices, regulated claims, licenses or other requirements that affect your business.
The target first preview is within 24 hours after the required complete content has been received. This is a target for a preview, not an unconditional completion or launch guarantee. Missing content, scope questions and review can affect timing.
The offer includes one consolidated launch revision within the agreed scope. It does not include unlimited revisions, ongoing content changes, unlimited support, a drag-and-drop editor or complex web applications. Review the preview carefully and confirm any corrections before approving launch.
Website rights, source code and moving away
You keep the rights you already hold in the business name, text, photographs, logos, domain and other material you supply. You give Oplix the permission needed to use that material to design, operate, maintain and display the website you requested.
Unless a written project agreement says otherwise, Oplix retains its rights in the underlying platform, templates, source code, reusable components, tools and production methods. The free managed service lets you use the completed website while AIsite.now hosts it; it does not include automatic delivery of source code, repository access, editable design files or a portable copy of the implementation.
You may stop using the service or move your domain to another provider. Source-code transfer, a packaged export, migration work and setup with another provider are separate services and may not always be technically or legally available. If available, their scope, transferable assets, price and delivery terms will be provided in a written quote. No migration or code-transfer charge applies unless you approve that quote.
Suspension, termination and removal
Before accepting a project, Oplix may decline requirements that fall outside the selected-business offer or the agreed showcase-website scope. After hosting begins, Oplix may suspend or terminate a website when these terms or the Acceptable Use policy are breached; required rights, information or cooperation are missing; the site creates a legal, security, operational or excessive-resource risk; a third-party dependency ends; or the managed hosting program or relevant service is discontinued.
Where reasonably practical, Oplix will provide notice and an opportunity to correct a fixable issue. Urgent legal, security, fraud, abuse or infrastructure risks may require immediate action. Termination can remove the website from public access and lead to deletion of hosted files and operational copies under the applicable retention and backup process.
If Oplix terminates the free hosting, you do not owe a termination fee or future hosting fee. Termination does not make source code or migration work free. Before deletion, Oplix may offer a separately priced export or migration where it is practical and lawful to do so. You should keep your own copies of all content you supplied and keep control of your domain registration.
Nothing in this section permits Oplix to avoid obligations or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Examples and educational content
The example designs are illustrative concepts, not live customer websites or promises of an identical result. Blog articles provide general business education. They do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, enquiries or revenue, and they are not a substitute for advice specific to your business.
Content and responsible use
Do not copy or republish site artwork, logos, photographs or other material without permission from the relevant rights holder, unless your use is otherwise permitted by law. Viewing a demonstration does not transfer ownership of its design or assets.
Use the site lawfully and follow the Acceptable Use policy. Nothing on this page removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
External services and changes
Links may take you to Oplix, LinkedIn or a separate application service. Check the destination and its terms before submitting information. Their availability and features may differ from this marketing website.
